LOS ANGELES – May 29, 2008 – Avari Press, a publishing company based in Lancaster, Pa., has won the Benjamin Franklin award for the best new fiction book of 2007, for the title Griffin’s Daughter by Leslie Ann Moore. PMA, the Independent Book Publishers Association, presented the award on May 29 in Los Angeles.
