Cancellations and Returns

Cancellation Policy

We strive to fulfill and ship all orders very efficiently, usually within 24 hours. If, however, you wish to cancel or change your order, please notify us within 24 hours of placing your order. If we have not yet shipped your order, we will adjust your order as you requested, and we will issue any applicable credits or adjustments to your credit card. If we have already shipped your order at the time of your cancellation request, or if you notify us later than 24 hours after placing your order, we cannot process a cancellation request.

Returns and Replacement Policy

If your order arrives damaged, or if the package contains the wrong order, please notify us within one week of purchase. We will apologize, and we will ask you to return the order to us using the same method of shipment and the original package we used to send it to you. Once we receive the returned order, we will immediately send you a replacement copy and a check for your expense of returning it to us.

If your order does not arrive within two weeks, please notify us. We ship most domestic orders by U.S. Media Mail, which can take 2-9 business days for delivery. We kindly ask that you allow two weeks for delivery before contacting us about your order. We ship most international orders via U.S. Global Priority Mail, which can take 6-10 business days for delivery.

Refund Policy

If we ship you the correct product and we do not receive a cancellation from you before it is shipped, we generally do not offer refunds. If, however, you do not like the product you ordered, please notify us, and we will strive to offer a solution that is fair to both of us. This will usually mean that we will offer you a partial credit to be used for future purchases on our website.
